I cycled to work today. That's over 10 miles each way and no major traumas.
So far I have eaten :
Porridge for breakfast
Slice of buttered bread mid morning
Tuna salad for lunch
Apple, banana and a bag of crisps when I got in.
Yet to eat dinner but I just have to make sure I don't go bonkers. That's pretty much how I intend to continue. It's not a huge change to be honest, I just have to cut out any rampant snackination.
I hate throwing away food but I threw away the most unhealthy stuff I had which wasn't much really. A few toffees, biscuits, some ice cream.
Tomorrow, I'm going out to a restaurant so I just have to not go bonkers there. I'll do my best to watch the sauces and the deep fried products.
