Week Two of Weight Watchers

It's not bad this. I'm eating plenty and I'm not worrying much about anything to do with the food apart for the points system which is a relief compared to what I went through a few years ago. I lost 3.5lbs and I now weigh in at 14st 11.5lbs which is a total loss of 8.5lbs. I was a little surprised that it was so much. I was expecting half that at the very most but I'm not complaining. Ideally I'll be looking at one or two pounds a week.

The snacking is something you have to tackle when your on a diet. Some days its a real problem. At the moment, I eat pickled onions, cherry tomatoes or satsumas if I get peckish.
